Responsibilities:

The company aims to provide CO₂-neutral district heating by 2040, primarily through deep geothermal energy, where SWM is a technological leader. To achieve these goals, SWM has built a dedicated geothermal team of engineers, drilling experts, and geoscientists.

- Utilize machine learning tools or fiber optic data processing as an advantage.
- Project Management:Lead or co-lead R&D projects related to induced seismicity and oversee external service providers.
Requirements:
- A degree in Geophysics, Geosciences, Geothermal Energy, or a related field.
- Experience in analyzing geophysical and seismological data.
