How to enroll for PhD Petroleum or Geoenergy Engineering at DGE
Applications for a PhD program will be evaluated continuously throughout the year. If you want to apply, please read through the provided information below.
The enrollment process for a PhD program is significantly different from the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs. You can pursue a doctoral degree at DGE if you hold a master’s university degree or a recognized equivalent foreign degree and show outstanding performance in your previous studies and/or professional career. A PhD study at MUL is a research-driven project and requires successfully passing a small number of lectures in two thesis related study areas. PhD vacancies are published on the DgE and MUL websites. Admission is subject to academic approval.

- Candidate needs to be financed if not included in above
- PhD Advisor and Co-Advisor need to accept the candidate
